Adeu ... i gràcies per tot.

When I say ADEU BARCELONA, I am not talking to the streets, its sidewalks, with their incredible history and that amazing light that makes you feel like you are part of something beautiful, I say adeu to my friends.

I am not saying good bye to Barcelona, because it feels definite but I will say "adeu", because it feels more important and from the heart.
Our friends who we are so lucky to have met and enjoyed for many months and even years. Adeu to those friends that have made me a better person. Adeu to those smiles of encouragement that will give us infinite strength when we start our new life and will for ever make them a big part of who we are about to become. Most of all THANK YOU to the Universe for making me feel so loved and blessed to be surrounded by people I admire and trust.

"ne plus ultra"

The Strait of Gibraltar is the narrow passage between Europe and Africa where the Mediterranean Sea joins the Atlantic Ocean. According to legend, in ancient times the Latin phrase "ne plus ultra" was inscribed in the rock overlooking this gateway. It meant "not further beyond," and served as a warning to sailors not to venture out to the wild waters past the strait. Eventually, that cautionary advice became irrelevant, of course. With a sturdy vessel, skilled crew, good preparation, and expert knowledge based on the experience of others, venturing out past the "ne plus ultra" point wasn't dangerous. I hope you'll take that as your cue in 2011, Gemini.
